Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in a nice area close to public transport and within walking distance to the shopping district and the Hauptbahnhof. The rooms, although clean and spacious, felt slightly run down and lacked air conditioning. The service was a mix of unprofessional behavior in addressing complaints and friendly, welcoming staff offering a fantastic breakfast and complimentary coffee and water daily. Dining, while showcasing some free croissants and pretzels, was highlighted by kind staff catering with dedication. Despite being away from the subway station, the location is remarkable for its great value for money, super comfortable beds, and happy staff.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around Munich; however, the rooms are a bit small and outdated with considerable noise from the busy street. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, offering good local insights, with minor exceptions. The dining experience is varied and enjoyable, while the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite small and oddly located near the reception, making it a bit inconvenient at times. On the positive side, our room was ready promptly when we arrived, and the tiny kitchenette was a nice touch.
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and major sightseeing spots. The rooms are quite comfortable but on the smaller side, requiring some maneuvering to move around. The service is friendly and helpful, although there were instances of staff not being equally welcoming to all guests. The dining experience, especially breakfast, stands out as exceptional. Overall, a good value for money with a superb location.
The hotel is conveniently located in the gayborhood, right in the heart of everything, just a short walk from prime shopping and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a bit dated with a lingering smell. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering complimentary coffee and water daily, and even a free bottle of water upon arrival.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Marienplatz and right next to the Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn station. The rooms were of a reasonable size and incredibly quiet, providing a comfortable retreat. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of local fruits. The staff, especially Carahotel and Dino at reception, were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The only downside was the proximity preventing a quick shower.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were warm, clean, and had everything I needed, although I missed having coffee and a kettle. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and tram line, making it very convenient to explore the city. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to help. The dining experience left a bit to be desired as the food options were limited, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
